How long will it take for my order to be posted?


All orders are posted once a week on a Friday, due to limiting trips to the Post Office during COVID-19 times.
If you would like your item posted before a Friday please do contact me at hello@rachelmammonepaints.com before placing your order.




How do I order a custom painting?


You can order via the shop and choosing the 'Custom Painting' option which has set prices for A6, A5, A4 and A3 paintings. You will need to email me at hello@rachelmammonepaints.com either before or after purchasing this listing to discuss what colours you would like in your piece and any personalisations as well.




Can I add a personalisation to a painting or print already in the shop?


Yes absolutely!
This is completely free and the text will be added around the circular painting.
Please let me know when ordering what you would like to be added.




Do you post internationally?


At this moment in time I have paused posting internationally due to COVID-19. But hopefully will be updating this and be beginning to post internationally again soon.




I'm not happy with an item, can I return it?


I hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me at hello@rachelmammonepaints.com Any items sent back before contacting me to request a return will not be accepted. ​If a return request is accepted, then the item will need to posted for inspection with all original packaging, proof of purchase and a proof of postage of the return will need to be posted within 14 days of receipt. If a return is accepted you will be refunded to your original payment method. Custom paintings and personalised items are not accepted for refunds, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
